Acupuncture and Integrative Health works by helping you get more out of your body’s natural resources. Often, we make the mistake of assuming that when a problem is
not healed by our own resources, this means it is beyond our body’s ability to heal. We hope by boosting your self-healing potential through a series of acupuncture treatments and/or herbal medicine prescriptions, this will make the difference needed to alleviate your symptoms.

Our practitioners use a variety of evidence-based treatment strategies including acupuncture, manual therapy, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue manipulation (IASTM), exercise and lifestyle recommendations. We strive to set a standard of excellence in the practice of acupuncture and holistic medicine, providing an empowered and evidence-based approach.

Chi Nei Tsang is an abdominal massage which uses soft, gentle and deep touch to help the internal organs work more efficiently and restore balance. The practitioner works in harmony with the breath in order to adjust fascia, open up the spaces and release stagnant, undigested emotions or trauma trapped inside the tissues. Chi Nei Tsang works directly with the internal organs to strengthen, relax, energize and cleanse. Unlike regular massage, the practitioner and patient actively work together throughout the session to guide the breath, open up the spaces and restore healthy circulation. One course of treatment of Chi Nei Tsang consists of five 90 minute sessions, an educational component and home care exercises.
